All punch-list items identified during your final walk-through will be completed within 14 days. Afterward, Outlook Homes will check in at 30 days to confirm everything was addressed, followed by another check-in at 6 months. At the 12-month mark (or shortly thereafter), we will complete any remaining warranty service items to ensure your home continues to meet our high standards. Emergency items, should they occur, are always addressed as soon as possible.
