On your lot

details that Outlook can assist with...

Site Preparation. Assistance and planning with surveying, sewage system design, erosion controls, tree clearing, grading, driveway layout, and all improvements needed to ready your lot for construction.
Topography Consideration. Evaluation of your lot’s terrain to determine ideal home placement, finished floor elevation, the feasibility of a walkout basement, and whether a slab, crawl space, or full foundation is the best fit.
Utility Access. Guidance on available utilities, connection point locations, underground or overhead power and communications, and the appropriate sewage disposal system for your lot. Note, not all utility connections are obvious or can be determined in advance.
Zoning and Regulations. Review of setback rules, building height limits, tree-clearing restrictions, community design/color requirements, stormwater management needs, easements, allowable building coverage, and all permitting prerequisites.
Lot Specific Home Plans. Tailoring your home design—including garage elevations, basement walkout feasibility, foundation heights, and overall layout—to fit the unique conditions of your lot.
